The Suck List:

  • Push-ups
  • Front rack
  • Front rack to overhead
  • Double-unders
  • Grip strength
  • Consecutive muscle-ups
  • Handstand push-ups
  • Full snatch (pull 3)

Todo List:

  • Full Snatch
    • Work snatch balance
  • Jerk
    • Work the front rack position
    • Work transition from front rack to overhead
  • Butterfly Kip
  • Double-Unders
    • Get multiple double-doubles
  • Handstand push-ups
    • Improve shoulder strength
    • Get a freestanding handstand
    • Get a freestanding handstand push-up
    • Get multiple freestanding handstand push-ups
  • Muscle-ups
    • Get consecutive muscle-ups
