I skipped the WOD at the gym today and did the benchmark for the Paleo Challenge finish. Here are the results:
- Max Pullups: 18 (2010-04-01) … improved by 8
- Max Clean & Jerk: 195# (2010-04-01) … improved by 10#
- 1 Mile Run: 7:16 (2010-04-01) … improved by 47 seconds!
