Made-up Sunday’s workout which was “Kelly”… Five rounds for time of:
- Run 400 meters
- 30 Box jump, 24 inch box (subbed 18in box)
- 30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Ok, this kicked my ass this morning. 5 rounds really kills ya, I started out OK but very quickly was walking part of the runs as the wall balls are brutal. Round 4 was rough and basically walked ALL of the last run. I forgot to get my time before leaving the gym unfortunately, so I’ll have to post that later.
I skipped out on the workout yesterday due to the crater in my hand, as when I tried to hold a dowel rod in back-squat position it hurt. My hand is feeling much better today but still doesn’t look very nice (see photo in previous post).
