Yes, at the top of my “Suck List” are situps… yesterday’s workout was great example of just how much I suck at these. Most folks finished in under 15min and a lot under 10min, I however was 20+ min :-( I definitely need to start doing situps on a more regular basis.
That being said, I am very happy with the fact that I did complete ALL 5 rounds with the full reps. Even if they where mostly regular situps, that’s still 150!
What other kind of situps are you doing — besides regular? I think 150 situps is awesome! The top of my “suck list” would be push ups! I have no upper body strength!!
