Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
Results: 95#
Sadly, I think 8 was about the most unbroken I got. My wrist/grips, just were not very happy and not being able to rest in the front rack (which I can’t do) did not help.
