This was not the best of days, as I ate out for lunch and dinner Granted they where stir-fry, they had a bit of salt and a bit of sauce… especially dinner. We ended up at a Chinese restaurant, and in spite of me talking to the wait about light/little sauce… the dishes came out fairly drenched and I made quite a little mess trying to shake the sauce off onto my plate before eating ;-)
