I sucked today… My side was killing me during the running. And then my last round of pullups, my hand had sweat on it so lost my grip. Grrrrr… So I did an extra set of pullups and got 13 reps. 
Oh, and this was after doing a rock climb at the office earlier and 1000m time trial row (3:41) for a warm up at the gym.

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
