So the only two ways I seem to end up in photos on the CFSC site is either passed on the floor or doing a overhead squat (pictured).
So yesterday was my first day back to the gym in about 13 days as I mentioned earlier. In spite of being rather tired at the end of the work day, I did head over to the gym and I’m glad that I did as it felt good to finally get back to a workout. Granted I didn’t do as well as I would have liked… between my should flexibility and wrist issues it was the upper body stability that I had issue with and when I failed it was because my wrist was giving out :-( Even though I only was able to do 105lbs (failed on 115lbs), Jason that I had some pretty good form :-)
Eating: So I haven’t gotten around to eating clean yet… between finishing up on-call, needing to do dishes, gym, shopping, and having to rearrange some stuff at my apartment I haven’t got around to prepping much food. I did make some turkey meatballs (from the Clean Eating cookbook) Mon and had them for lunch yesterday. But we’re getting lunch at the office today (or at least I think), so I didn’t bring anything in today. I had a breakfast sandwich from Specialties for breakfast, plus it bagel day here at the office so I have a bagel & cream cheese for a snack a little later. Hopefully tonight I’ll get around to cleaning up the kitchen so I can actually get some food ready. I did goto Costco yesterday with Ashley and came back with a bunch of spinach, veggies, feta, and egg sub… so I should be good to go with side for a while.
Ok… time actually start working at the office now…
