  1. Just wanted to say that the warm-up wiped me out. I really was hoping to do better at this workout yesterday, but sucked ass instead.

    I pretty much walked the entire last 400m as my side started cramping again. Not sure what this, but it seem to happen when I do intense cardio and only on my right side. After I caught my breath I was fine. I also think part of it is mental, I still haven't quite figure out how to break thru those mental barriers and just push harder.

    As for the warm-up, he had us do some dynamic stretching and then resistance sprints… meaning you put a giant rubber band around your waist and try to run while you're partner holds you back via the other end of the band. Forward, backward, and sideways! That alone was quite the workout for me.
